Freddie Villacci, Jr. grew up in Wood Dale, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. He earned a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Berry College, where he also played baseball. Freddie then pursued a successful career in the insurance and financial services industry. His Black Ghost Thriller series has consistently ranked in the top 100 in its categories. In addition to writing books, Freddie enjoys other creative pursuits, including screenwriting and songwriting. His medical thriller, Faceless, was released in February 2021. Freddie loves all things under the sun, especially spending time with his children and working in his yard. He and his wife, Jennifer, are passionate about supporting charities that help children in need.
