Kenneth M. Nowack, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and the Co-Founder and Senior Research Officer of Envisia Learning, Inc., a global leader in assessment, leadership development, coaching, and technology solutions. Dr. Nowack has made significant contributions to the fields of habit change, 360-degree feedback, leadership development, and health psychology. He holds a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Nowack is the acclaimed author of Clueless: Coaching People Who Just Don’t Get It and From Insight to Improvement: Leveraging 360-Degree Feedback. His extensive research and publications have influenced best practices in human resource development and organizational effectiveness. Dr. Nowack is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association’s Division 13: Society of Consulting Psychology and has served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Consulting Psychology Journal. He is also a member of Daniel Goleman’s Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations.
