Over the past 25 years, Liam’s work has touched countless queer and trans parents, both in private practice as a health care provider and as a strong advocate within the childbirth professions, where Liam has moved the needle forward towards gender inclusivity in perinatal care. Liam is a skilled clinician who utilizes an integrated approach, providing clinical fertility care while nurturing the emotional and relational aspects of the transition to parenthood. The foremost expert in midwife-led IUI, Liam is working tirelessly to provide training for midwives who truly want to serve LGBTQ+ families well, expanding the availability of culturally sensitive, clinically appropriate care for families everywhere who make their babies with love and science.
