Lizbeth Meredith is an author, professional speaker, and podcast host of Persistence U with Lizbeth who helps increase resilience through the use of story. Her memoir, Pieces of Me: Rescuing My Kidnapped Daughters is now a Lifetime Television movie called Stolen By Their Father. In the past, Lizbeth has worked as a domestic violence advocate and a child abuse investigator, and recently retired from government service after twenty years of supervising juvenile probationers. She holds a degree in journalism and a graduate degree in psychology. Lizbeth's work has been featured in Chicken Soup for the Soul, Jane Friedman's blog, and Alaska Magazine. When not working, you can find Lizbeth at the local movie theater or Facetiming with her adult daughters and grandcats.
