Michael Snetzer serves as Recovery Pastor at Citizens Church in Plano, Texas. He received his Masters in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University in 2001. For several years he worked full-time as a counselor at the Center for Christian Counseling. He was hired by The Village Church in 2007, transitioned to the Plano campus in 2014 before the campus rolled off and became Citizens Church in 2019. He is currently in part-time private practice as an LPC-S at North Texas Christian Counseling (since 2012). He is also the executive director of Gospel Recovery Network. He has three children: McKenna, Ava, and Greyson. He and his wife, Sonia, were married in 2007.
