Namrata Gupta is the Amazon Bestselling Author of five popular novels, 'A Silent Promise' (2015), 'The Full Circle.. Stumbling Upon A Sinful Mystery' (2018), 'Together We Were (W)hole' (2020), 'Lost Love Late Love' (2021) and 'White Horses Dark Shadows' (2024). She also has two short stories titled 'One Wedding Three Murders' (2018) and 'If Only Love was Enough' (2021) to her name. Her books have won many hearts. Namrata has been featured in Filmfare, Times of India, Hindustan Times, Outlook India, The Indian Express and prominent newspapers as a promising writer. Her poems were published in national newspapers when she was ten. She bagged the third position at Great Indian Writers’ Award 2022 securing a film adaptation for her latest manuscript, 'White Horses Dark Shadows'. Namrata is an English Literature graduate from Hans Raj College, Delhi University and has done her post-graduation in Masters of Business Administration from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi. She resides in New Delhi. She has been awarded Mahatma Hansraj Memorial Award (2023) by her alma mater Hans Raj College for being a notable writer (given by honourable Mr. Vikramaditya Singh, Member of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly). 'Together We Were (W)hole' was best-ranked #1 In Romantic Suspense and #2 in Crime, Thriller and Mystery on Amazon. 'Lost Love Late Love' was best-ranked #3 in Romance on Amazon. 'The Full Circle.. Stumbling Upon A Sinful Mystery' was best ranked #26 in Crime, Thriller and Mystery and #33 in Contemporary Romance on Amazon. 'A Silent Promise', a readers’ favourite, was launched by Mr. Petko Doykov, the Ambassador of Bulgaria to India and released by Mr. Sudhir Mishra (Indian film director) at Gurgaon International Film and Literature Festival, held at DLF Cyber Hub (2015), where a reading session was also conducted for the book. Namrata has also judged literary events at DPS Rohini and G.D. Goenka Public School and is a known face at Author Events and Book Signings.
