Dr Paul Barrington Chell is a surgeon and author. “The Diet Whisperer: The 12-Week Reset Plan” was co-written with his wife, Dr Monique Hope-Ross, a retinal eye specialist. For decades they have successfully treated patients' metabolic eye diseases with nutrition and weight-loss.
