Over the years she has advised hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, Asian organizations, NGOs and Government Agencies on how to launch their Employer Branding practices at home and abroad. Rachele is also is committed to helping Governments, Organizations and Education Systems undergoing transformation meet the needs of the future workforce, After 12 years in the U.S.A., in 2011 Rachele moved to Singapore, where she lives today with her husband Victor, and their three children, Luna, Trayan and Mira. She is the Chair of the Multigenerational Workforce Committee for the ASEAN Human Development Organization, Founder of XYZ@Work, and Mentor at The Workplace Accelerator and various other organizations. Previously Chief Strategy Officer APAC for Universum and main Anchor for CFN-CNBC, Rachele is also a member or MENSA.
