Rossana Snee, originally from Havana Cuba, is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a Master’s Degree in psychology from Antioch University. She dedicates part of her time to assisting individuals in their healing journey through Talkspace. Her goal is to alleviate psychological pain, and to help clients become the best version of themselves. She works daily on empowering those who haven’t yet found their voice. With a penchant for writing, Rossana began storytelling at age eleven. At the time, hand-written horror stories were her genre of choice, especially after having watched Hitchcock’s 1963 film, The Birds. Papi, Por Favor! Rossana’s first Young Adult novel, which was inspired by true events, is a bittersweet romance—a blend of complex family dynamics, conflicted emotions, hidden feelings, secrecy, and teen friendships, all told in an entertaining and humorous style which leaves you smiling through your tears. She is also the author of The Healing Alphabet, 26 Empowering Ways to Enrich Your Life—an easy-to-digest gem whose sole purpose is to inspire and motivate. Rossana’s hobbies include reading, painting, working out, and music. She resides in Sunny Cal with her husband of 37 years and her cat, Lilli. She is the proud mother of two grown sons and five grandchildren.
