Dr. Tony Bridwell is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in employee experience and culture within global organizations. Currently the Chief Talent Officer at The Encompass Group, a leading people optimization company, Tony leads the firm's organizational consulting practice and serves as Practice Leader of the E3 Leadership Academy, supporting organizations in achieving unparalleled success. Throughout his impressive career, Tony has held notable positions including Chief People Officer at Ryan, LLC, where he successfully led the award-winning Global People Group function. He has also served as Chief People Officer at Brinker International and worked as a Senior Partner with Culture Partners, a renowned global culture consultancy. Tony is a respected author, having written six books that provide valuable insights into leadership, followership, and organizational transformation. He is a sought-after international speaker, having delivered impactful presentations in 44 countries. Tony's engaging style and practical experiences in maximizing high-functioning cultures make him a trusted consultant and advisor in purpose and culture. His achievements have earned him prestigious awards, including the 2015 HR Executive of the Year by Dallas HR, the 2015 Strategic Leadership Award from Strategic Excellence HR, and recognition as a top 50 HR Professional by OnCon Icon Awards.
