Valerie Khoo is a writer, creativity coach and curator who is passionate about the art of storytelling through both words and images. As founder of the Australian Writers' Centre (writerscentre.com.au), she created a hub that has become at talent hothouse for aspiring writers, many of whom get published and find international success. Valerie is also co-host of the weekly podcast 'So you want to be a writer' with author Allison Tait. As a visual artist, Valerie creates original artwork and limited edition prints. She is co-host of the weekly podcast 'So you want to be a photographer', with photographer Gina Milicia. Valerie is author of the books: 'Power Stories: The 8 Stories You MUST Tell to Build an Epic Business' and 'So You Want To Be A Writer'. Valerie's blog was named one of the 25 Best Business Blogs in Australia (SmartCompany), her business was a winner in the prestigious Telstra Business Awards, as well as being named by Dell as one of the 10 Most Innovative Small Businesses in Australia.
