Great Knowledge, Great book on Fitness
The best book I read on Fitness. The author prepared everything for us to be bigger leaner and stronger. We just need to act :). I could not believe it, but he answers to questions you ask him through Email.

Most Comprehensive fitness Book
This book has shown me a completely new dimension of how to be a fit person.
