Truly the world's best guided meditation master

Master Jon Kabat Zinn is the best guided meditation master. Unsurpassed. Have tried out many over a decade. He actually speaks as if present right before you, only for you. Calm soothing slow smoothly flowing instructions, every sentence perfectly timed, giving appropriate gaps to carry out the last instruction, waking one up just when drowsiness or lack of mindfulness is about to overtake.
Found all of the different guided meditation sessions excellent.
They work in one attempt, leading you to the final choiceless awareness of all sensory and mental phenomena. True Zen. True Buddha.
Also did the loving kindness or Metta guided meditation....it's the finest I did till date. Extremely effective, encompassing the universe truly.
His knowledge, being a medical professional, and his vocabulary, narration, are a boon to anyone seeking the path!
