There is SO much power in progress.
The question is, how do we make it?
Progress?
It all boils down to one thing. Consistency.
The thing is, unless we're tracking and measuring the areas of our life where we want to improve, we're really not gaining any insight on how much progress we're making no matter how consistent we're being.
In this episode I talk about the science behind measuring progress and why it matters, an approach to your progress that will keep you focused on the RIGHT metrics. The metrics that make you feel GOOD.
I'll share all the tools I use to track areas of my life that are important to me. Motherhood, Finances, Spirit, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing and of course Health and Wellness!!
