    Welcome to the Meal Prep Artist channel. I am very excited to show people how-to videos on meal prepping and shopping lists that save time, money, and energy.

    MY WHY:

    I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. Currently I have a full time job working with children and a busy schedule. I enjoy doing this on the side, to help anyone find an ease in cooking.

    I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.
    This week we are making Stuffed Cabbage Rolls 🍃

    This is one of our favorite delicious meals we make for meal prep and dinners.

    Best of all these are NEW and IMPROVED (sorry mom but I still love yours)!!

    Here's the recipe incorporating the ingredients & instructions:

    Ingredients:
    - 1 c Rice

    - 1 sq beef broth
    - Oregano

    - Worcestershire

    - 1 lb beef/sausage (or no meat)

    - Onion Powder

    - Olive Oil (to cover the dutch oven)

    - Garlic (Powder) or both like me!!

    - Green Onions, white onion

    - Paprika

    - Parsley

    - 1 head of cabbage

    - 1 can of tomato sauce, paste, or salsa

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the rice with the beef broth (I use my pressure cooker)

    2. Brown your meat, mix in the ingredients (not cabbage/sauce)

    3. Steam the cabbage leaves

    4. Fill the cabbage leaves with sliced carrots, rice, meat, sauce

    5. Roll: Side, Bottom, Top, Side (they will stay rolled during baking

    6. Put in Dutch oven neatly, tightly together

    7. Add more sauce on top

    8. Cover with the lid

    9. Bake; 350 for 45-60 minutes

    10. Remove, let cool, and ENJOY!! So Delicious! 🙂
