    What is a cask finished bourbon you may ask? Simply put, a cask finished bourbon is aged in a secondary cask after their initial aging is completed. That secondary barrel isn't new, but typically aged something like wine, port, beer, or another type of spirit. Or if you're crazy like us at Cincinnati Distilling, you find a hot sauce barrel! Unfortunately that bourbon is long gone, but we try some other cask bourbons from our friends as well as one of our own so tune in, kick back and pour yourself a glass!
