Today I talk with the wonderful Hayley Benseman about the rise of "Mum drinking culture", what current day alcoholism looks like when you are a Mum, and business owner, and how it can cause disease in your body.
Hayley will talk with us about her experience with low self-esteem and lack of personal identity growing up, which lead to years of alcohol dependence. Hayley shares with us how she kicked alcoholism for good, the significant incident that set her on this path, why AA wasn't for her and how much better life is on the other side.
