This audio contains two different 35-minute meditation sessions to help you learn the valuable meditation technique of the mindfulness of breathing. Both of the sessions begin with a body awareness section which works to focus your mind onto your body and your breath. In the first session you will learn how to observe and become completely aware of the flow of your breath using your fingers to mark each breath. The second session naturally progresses the technique. At the end of each session you are encouraged to sit quietly for a few minutes to absorb the techniques.
