This meditation helps to achieve harmony and integrity between ourselves and the other people with whom we are communicating. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the bond between couples, to improve communication, to connect with one’s feelings, to experience true intimacy and to deepen integrity on the spiritual path. This is a 40 minute meditation, which consists of five different eight minute sessions. During the meditation, you must remain silent and be in nonverbal communication.
