Good book for holistic nutrition

Loved the content. Hats off to the author for compiling such a diverse topic as health and nutrition in such a easy to understand format which anybody can read and comprehend well

Great Book for all fitness mongers

The book gives detailed insights of what we should eat and when. It focuses on the importance of focusing on the nutritional aspects of the food and not just the calories. It teaches the importance of regular exercise. It shares insights about the scientific and nutritional aspects of eating right
