the best thing that happened to me
I was struggling through depression especially with issues of my teenager during the covid days and I had shot the bottom...that's when I chanced upon this book here...and it has really pulled me out of my negativity and anxiety...the initial days durin body scan was very difficult..I used to cry and feel overwhelmed...but just like dr jon instructs...I held on as if it is my last straw...and it has helped...I am now at the 5th week of the mbsr program...I am really grateful for the changes it has brought about... grateful to dr jon kabat..thank you
